Southern California Crossroads started as a violence intervention & victim services program out of St. Francis Medical

Center in 1998, sponsored by the Daughters of Charity Foundation. The program focused on preventing recidivism by

assisting patients as they transition back into society once discharged. Services included One on One Counseling, Group Counseling, Mentoring, Job Development, Community Service, Tattoo Removal and Education services.

In 2005 Southern California Crossroads became it's own a 501c3 non-profit organization serving the South Los Angeles community. Although Crossroads became its own entity, the relationship with St. Francis Medical Center remains strong.

In addition to our hospital based efforts, we have developed several community development projects over the years.
