Community Health Workers

When the pandemic started in 2020 and communities were fearful COVID-19, Southern California Crossroads hired Community Health Workers to provide outreach and education campaigns to support reducing COVID-19. Our Community Health Workers team is comprised of community members who are lived experience, bilingual and credible messengers trusted by the community. Till present day our Community Health Workers team are conducting outreach and promoting access to COVID-19 vaccines for communities with low vaccination rates and high numbers of cases of COVID-19. We are proud to serve as essential workers and to support in pandemic relief efforts.
