Student Mentoring Program

Southern California Crossroads provides mentoring services in over 20 campuses. Our student mentors work to prevent violence by intervening in existing issues of student conflict through one on one counseling, mentoring and other youth development approaches. Student mentors work with school administration, educators and parents to provide on campus workshops, services and resource linkage. Student mentors are assigned to campus sites and attend full school days to provide services, safe passages and programming to promote student success. If you would like to explore partnerships and contract Southern California Crossroads for school based Student Mentoring services please reach out to info@socalcrossroads.org.

Our Impact

“ We are sometimes the only consistent support system in a students life. The unique access we have to be on campus all week helps us connect with students and build stronger relationships. Teachers trust us to support them, students come to us and ask for resources. There are a lot of aftermath effects we are seeing youth struggle with due to the pandemic. The youth need us and we will be there for them on campus, they will see us during lunch and after school to walk them home if they need us to. All students deserve support and to feel safe at school” Crossroads Student Mentor
