Student Mentoring Program

Southern California Crossroads provides mentoring services in over 20 campuses. Our student mentors work to prevent violence by intervening in existing issues of student conflict through one on one counseling, mentoring and other youth development approaches. Student mentors work with school administration, educators and parents to provide on campus workshops, services and resource linkage. Student mentors are assigned to campus sites and attend full school days to provide services, safe passages and programming to promote student success. If you would like to explore partnerships and contract Southern California Crossroads for school based Student Mentoring services please reach out to info@socalcrossroads.org.

Supporting Youth,

Strengthening Communities

We work alongside students, families, schools, and neighborhoods to build trust, safety, and connection. Through mentorship and community-based support, we help young people feel seen, supported, and able to move forward.

Our Impact

“For some students, we may be the only consistent support system in their lives. Being on campus throughout the week gives us the chance to build real relationships, connect students to resources, and be there when they need support. Teachers trust us to step in, and students know they can come to us when they need help. Many young people are still dealing with the lasting effects of the pandemic, and they need steady, familiar adults around them. Whether it is during lunch, after school, or walking them home when needed, we are there. Every student deserves to feel supported and safe at school.”
